Site work and paving for a road / highway in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Contract TAS 26-11 / D215079 is for Concrete Pavement Restoration (CPR) with Full Depth Asphalt Replacement on I-90 between MP 289.3 and MP 304.5 in Onondaga and Cayuga Counties in accordance with the plans and specifications. Sealed bids must be hand delivered, or delivered by first class mail, USPS Express or Priority Mail, or overnight delivery service (e.g., FedEx, UPS) to the New York State Thruway Authority Headquarters Building, at the specified address. All sealed bids, whether paper or electronic, must be delivered by 10:30 AM on the due date, and will be opened publicly and read aloud at 11:00 AM. Any bids received after this time or sent to a different address will not be accepted. Bids must be secured with either a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid (using the Authority's Bid Bond Form TA-44117) or a Bid Deposit in the amount of $4,250,000.00 via certified or cashier's check payable to the New York State Thruway Authority. Contractors are responsible for their own hard copies of plans and proposals at no additional cost to the Authority. MBE, WBE, and DBE goals are each set at 3%.
