The scope will be limited to the spaces outside of the dish room and kitchen area, except as indicated on MEP drawings. The scope will be limited to spaces outside of the dish room and kitchen area, except as indicated on MEP drawings. A single stipulated sum bid will be received for all Work. Offers are to be submitted electronically via E-Bid, and bids will be opened and read aloud via Google Meet. Electronic documents may be obtained free of charge, and printed documents are available at cost. A Bid Bond and Performance and Payment Bond will be required. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The successful bidder must conform to the current rules and regulations of the Fair Employment Practices Commission and Equal Employment Opportunity. The contractor must pay no less than prevailing rates of wages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor and comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this project, but bidders are encouraged to contact the provided number for site tours prior to submitting bids.
