Site work for a road / highway in McClellandtown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed proposals are requested for the following: 58,778 square yards of single asphalt fiber reinforced seal coat in-place (CRS-2P), 20,029 square yards of single asphalt seal coat in-place (CRS-2P), and 42,408 square yards of asphalt fog seal for asphalt seal coats. Liquidated damages are set at $975.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the municipality. For third class cities, the bid must include a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid, payable to the municipality. For other municipal types, it is at the municipality's discretion. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond or certified check for 100% of the contract within 20 days of award. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
