Renovation of an educational facility in Palo Alto, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrade of the existing campus-wide fire alarm system. Modernization includes, but is not limited to, painting and patching any surfaces damaged as a result of fire alarm work. Provide a 24-Hour Notice for the fire alarm shutdown. Contractor to provide fire watch. Additional fees will be borne by the contractor if the fire alarm is dispatched. Bonding required for this project is as follows: Bid Bond 10% of the total bid. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the Contract for the Work. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California contractors' license(s): B, C-7, and/or C-10 Contractor Licenses. The Bidder's license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract.
