Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Luzerne County Community College will receive sealed bids for two projects: Contract No. 2026-01, LCCC Culinary Institute Building Envelope, and Contract No. 2026-02, LCCC Culinary Institute Hallway Lighting. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security not less than ten percent of the total base bid, a Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder, and a Statement of Bidders Qualification. The successful bidder will be required to obtain a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond. Bidders must follow all additional instructions and requirements as described in the Contract Documents, including provisions for Equal Employment Opportunity and Wage Rate Requirements. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after bid opening without the consent of Luzerne County Community College, which reserves the right to waive informalities, defects, errors, or omissions, or to reject any or all bids, proposals, or parts thereof.
