Sealed proposals are requested for the following materials to be delivered and applied as specified: 25,000 gallons of E-3 CRS-2 cationic emulsified asphalt, 5,000 gallons of E1 prime coat, 1,000 tons of AASHTO No. 8 (#1B) 1% washed stone, 250 tons of AASHTO No. 67 (#2) 1% washed stone, 250 tons of AASHTO No. 8 (#1B), 250 tons of AASHTO No. 67 (#2), 500 tons of PA-2A subbase (#2A), 250 tons of AASHTO No. 57 (#2B), 100 tons of AASHTO No. 3 (#3A), 100 tons of AASHTO No. 1 (#4), 500 tons of anti-skid type AS1, 1,000 tons of cinders, and 250 tons of processed asphalt millings. All materials except cinders must meet PENN DOT specifications as per Publication 408 and be sourced from suppliers listed in Bulletin 14 & 15. Proposals must use the municipality's forms and be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
