2026 Annual Miscellaneous Curb & Gutter and Pavement Replacement Items to Bid Include Approx-imately 1,300 Lf of Miscella-neous Curb & Gutter Removal and Replacement, 150 Sy of Concrete Pavement Removal and Replacement and Other Items Necessary to Complete the Project. The Above Public Work Will Be Let to the Lowest Responsible Bidder and Shall Be Performed in Accor-dance With the Plans and Specifi-cations for the Same Now on File With the Engineering Depart-ment for the Inspection of Bidders and in Accordance With the Pre-pared Form of Contract and Bond Also on File With Said Engineering Department. No Bid Shall Be Awarded Unless Accompanied by Certificate of or-ganization and Authority, Disclo-sure of Ownership, Together With a List of Subcontractors; and No Bid Shall Be Received Without Cer-tified Check for Not Less Than 5%. Nor More Than 10% of the Total Amount Bid or a Bid Bond for Not Less Than 5% Nor More Than 10% of the Total Amount Bid.
