Sealed proposals are invited for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Parkson Screen #1 Rebuild Project #2026-002. The project consists of rebuilding Parkson Screen #1 at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Bid Express service. Bidders are required to register, set up to bid, and review each solicitation electronically prior to bidding. Contractors and Subcontractors must use, to the extent practical, Ohio products, materials, services, and labor. Compliance with prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Miami County and the City of Troy, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations is mandatory. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty: either a bid bond for 100% of the bid amount payable to the City of Troy, or a certified check, cashier's check, Official Bank Check, or a letter of credit for 10% of the bid amount payable to the City of Troy, Ohio.
