The City of San Ramon requests proposals from qualified individuals or firms for Generator Maintenance and Repair Services for its fleet of generators at various municipal facilities. The scope includes quarterly and annual inspections, load bank testing, and both scheduled and emergency repairs. The intent is to establish a maintenance agreement for an initial one-year term, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms. By submitting a proposal, the respondent must agree to the City's standard Maintenance Services Agreement and confirm they are fully qualified and available to provide the required services at the proposed price. Respondents are required to attend a mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting and follow all proposal submittal instructions, including submitting one original and one identical copy of the proposal in a sealed envelope labeled appropriately. Proposals must be received by the specified deadline and comply with all requirements. Clarity and brevity are preferred, and promotional materials should not be attached. Proposals should not exceed ten one-sided pages, excluding resumes, tabs, or dividers.
