The project involves the replacement of the existing parking lot at the High School for Altamont Community Unit School District No. 10. Bidders are instructed to obtain drawings and specifications by contacting WRF Engineers. Sealed bids must be submitted to the District Office by the specified deadline in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project title. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. All bids will be publicly opened immediately after the submission deadline. Contractors must pay no less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics, and comply with the requirements of the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act. All contractor's bonds must guarantee the faithful performance of the prevailing wage clause. The board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
