Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work generally consists of cold plane pavement removal, asphalt concrete paving, concrete cross gutters removal and replacement, concrete curbs removal and replacement, asphalt patching, gravel for approaches, aggregate shoulders, and traffic control. The work is primarily located on Shasta Way, Homedale Road, and Harlan Drive in Klamath County. At least ten days prior to bid opening, all bidders must submit to Klamath County a Contractor's Prequalification Application, even if the contractor is already prequalified with the State of Oregon. The classes of work for this project are: Asphalt Concrete Paving and Oiling. All contractors and subcontractors performing work on this project must be licensed with the Construction Contractors Board in accordance with ORS Chapter 701. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of the bid will be required of the successful bidder. The bidder must indicate on their bid whether they are a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120. Bidder must comply with Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance requirements. The engineers estimate for this project is $3,500,000-$3,800,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project.
