Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 9,775-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and municipal facility.

The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as: construction of a project identified as better utilization of existing space in the Clerk's Office and Treasurer's Office. In the Clerk's Office, this will be accomplished by converting a small conference room into offices, removing walls to create a multi-use conference room, and making minor adjustments to several existing offices. In addition, the Treasurer's Office's existing conference room will be widened, several walls will be moved to create additional workspace, and employee workstations will be updated, as more described in the Project Manual entitled Bid 26031 Ada County Courthouse Clerk/Treasurer Remodel Phase II 2026, and as shown in the drawings included therein.
