Site work for a military facility in Boulder, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a military facility.
Sitewide removal, modification, fabrication, and installation of permanent ADA-compliant handrail systems across multiple buildings on the NIST Boulder Campus. Work includes bringing existing stair and ramp handrail systems into full compliance with the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design and applicable OSHA requirements. The project also requires selective demolition and reconstruction of concrete stair and curb elements at specified locations, along with coordination with the NIST Facilities Maintenance Division to execute upgrades campus-wide. Location: 325 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80305. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
