The City of Bend requests proposals from qualified consultants for owner's representative, construction contract administration, and limited construction inspection services for the Olney/Revere Intersections Project. The project will use a progressive design-build method for delivering safety and traffic flow improvements at the intersections of NE 4th Street and NE Revere Avenue, NE 4th Street and NE Olney Avenue, NE 8th Street and NE Revere Avenue, and NE 8th Street and NE Olney Avenue. The consultant will provide support to the City throughout all phases of the project, including pre-construction, final design, and construction. Consultants must be experienced in progressive design-build project delivery and familiar with the Oregon Department of Transportation 2021 Standard Specifications for Construction and other industry standards. Instructions to bidders include providing proposals that demonstrate qualifications and experience relevant to the scope. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
