A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Sealed electronic proposals are invited for drainage improvements at La Crosse Regional Airport, La Crosse, Wisconsin (Project No. LSE1026). The scope of work includes removing 4,200 linear feet of storm sewer pipe, removing 13 storm sewer structures, removing 1,300 square yards of bituminous pavement section, removing and reinstalling 4 taxiway edge lights, 9,000 cubic yards of unclassified excavation, 350 cubic yards of crushed aggregate base course, 700 tons of asphalt surface and base course, 2,000 square feet of pavement marking, 578 square yards of bituminous pavement grooving, installation of 3,600 linear feet of Storm Sewer Class III, 10 catch basins, 3,100 pounds of seeding, and locating and protecting airfield circuits as one lump sum. There is no DBE goal. The contract completion time is 60 calendar days. Bids must be submitted electronically via bidexpress.com. No paper bids will be accepted or allowed, and bids will not be accepted past the established deadline for the close of bids. Proposal forms are included with the plans and specifications and are subject to Wis. Stat. 66.0901(7). Question Deadline 03/23/2026 at 5:00 PM CT
