Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Lake City, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Bids are invited for the construction of four (4) concrete ADA parking spaces, ADA concrete sidewalk, ADA signage, ADA symbols, line painting, site restoration as necessary, and including all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenant items located at the Lake Erie Community Park in Girard Township, Erie County, Pennsylvania. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified or cashier's check or bid bond with corporate surety payable to the County of Erie in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid price. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materialmen Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, as well as evidence of Worker's Compensation and Liability Insurance as required by the Contract Documents. Documentation of contacts made with Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MBE/WBE) and Section 3 Business Concerns must be submitted with the bid. Bidders must comply with Federal, State, and County Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements and Federal Labor Standards Provisions, including the payment of prevailing wages under the Davis Bacon and Related Acts. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
