As of May 13, 2026, project is awarded to the following contractors: 1. Professional Metal Fabricators (PMF) $35,568.01 2. Ovivo Area $79,000 Sealed bids will be accepted for the removal and replacement of the existing Eimco C30HT Drive unit on Clarifier #1 at the Lake of the Ozarks Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant #1. Bids must be submitted on the provided forms and include a certified check or bid bond for five percent of the total bid. A performance and payment bond and a certificate of insurance for worker's compensation will be required of the successful bidder. The project requires compliance with the prevailing hourly wage rates, as determined by the Federal Wage Determination and/or the Industrial Commission of Missouri. Bidders must enroll in and provide documentation of participation in a federal work authorization program and must not employ unauthorized aliens. Contractors and subcontractors must ensure on-site employees have completed a ten-hour OSHA construction safety and health course or equivalent. The Joint Sewer Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to determine the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
