Juniata Gap Road Pedestrian Path Lighting Improvements - Furnish and Install Electrical Power Duct Bank, Furnish and Install Electrical Service Connection, Cabinet, Meter, Panel , and Lighting Control Panel, Concrete Foundation with conduit for Decorative Lighting, Furnish and Install Decorative Lighting Fixtures, Furnish and Install Fiber Optic Duct Bank, Replace landscaping at Sheetz, Remove and Reset Trash Receptacles Work performed on this project to be as per current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Publication 408, as amended and revised. Either an original Certified Check, Official Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond drawn to the order of the "City of Altoona" equal to ten (10%) percent of the amount of the bid must be submitted with the proposal. Note that the Bid Bond must be in effect for a period of sixty (60) days from the bid opening date. Mayor and City Council reserve the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality not material to the bid and to award the contract as may be deemed to the best interest of the City of Altoona. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
