The project consists of, but is not limited to, removal of existing pavement, reshaping/regarding base material, asphalt paving, and pavement marking. This project will also include the removal of existing taxiway reflectors and installation of new taxiway reflectors. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cash, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid. Each bidder must supply all required information by the bid documents and specifications and furnish a Statement of Bidders Pre-Qualifications to the Owner with satisfactory evidence of competence to perform the work. The City of Weiser, Idaho reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any informalities or irregularities, postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed one hundred twenty days, and accept the proposal that is in the best interest of the City.
