The City of Reading is seeking bids/proposals from Radon Mitigation Contractors to provide all labor and materials to perform radon mitigation installations and repair tasks as required. This includes, but is not limited to, the installation and repairs of components related to radon mitigation systems and clearances for pre-qualified homes located within all City of Reading zip codes. Contractors are required to address all tasks, deliverables, and/or products specified. If awarded, the terms and conditions outlined, including Attachment L “Contract” and all documents incorporated therein, form the complete agreement between the City and the successful bidder.
