Description

Site work for a multi-residential development in Juneau, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a multi-residential development.

Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) is seeking a Contractor to provide labor, materials, equipment, permits, and inspections for the removal and replacement of Drain, Waste, and Vent (DWV) plumbing systems as described. Minority, women-owned, and Section 3 businesses are encouraged to submit bids. Offerors are responsible to assure delivery prior to the deadline. Bids may be hand delivered, mailed, or emailed as specified. If the solicitation was downloaded from the Corporation's Website, bidders must register with the planholders list to receive subsequent addenda.
