The City of West Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide architectural and structural engineering consulting services for the evaluation, design, and preparation of construction documents for a rooftop access and safety platform system at City Hall (third floor roof). The work includes designing elevated platforms, stairs, guardrails, and fall protection/tie-off anchor provisions that are coordinated with the existing roof membrane, building structure, and mechanical systems. The goal is to deliver a comprehensive, constructible design that enhances safety, meets applicable building and OSHA standards, and supports long-term facility maintenance.
