providing a replacement semi-instantaneous steam water heater and installing an Ace MINIPACK 6 unit in accordance with the statement of work. The work includes furnishing and installing the new water heater, removing and disposing of the existing 2005 AJAX unit along with the mixing valve and associated fittings, and providing all materials and skilled trades required for installation. The requirement includes connecting to existing 2 1/2 -inch input and output flanges, reducing steam pressure from 70 psi to 27 psi using a 2-inch pressure reducer, and providing an electric valve that interfaces in read-only mode with the building management system. The vendor shall commission the new unit and provide all appurtenances necessary to complete the installation within the defined work limits.
