The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is seeking a qualified vendor to replace AC Input, AC Output, and DC capacitors, as well as fans, on an APC Galaxy 5000 Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) at the White River Junction VA Medical Center. The contractor shall provide all parts, labor, and proper disposal of spent fluids and hazardous materials. Work must comply with Philips Medical standards, including functional testing and calibration to ensure the UPS meets manufacturer specifications. The contractor's field service engineer must have applicable manufacturer training and provide continuous updates to the Clinical Engineering COTR during service. Only new parts purchased through Philips Medical are acceptable. Upon completion, the system must be fully operational and tested according to manufacturer standards. Location: White River Junction VA Medical Center, 215 North Main Street, White River Junction, VT 05009. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
