Project is no longer needed.** The work includes demolition of the existing diesel generator, furnishing and installation of a new natural gas generator, electrical work, and natural gas piping at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. The project will be executed under a single lump sum contract for all work. Bidders are responsible for furnishing all labor and materials as indicated in the Drawings and Project Manual. Proposals must be submitted as sealed bids, either by mail or email, properly addressed and marked per instructions. Late proposals will be rejected. Bid security is required, and the accepted bidder(s) must provide a Performance, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Certificate of Insurance listing the owner as additional insured. Bids must be guaranteed for a minimum of sixty days from the opening date. Only sealed bids submitted as specified will be accepted. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
