This project is in the Morley Heights neighborhood of Duluth, MN, including Woodbury Lane, Cherie Lane, Jill Street, and Everett Street. Work includes full depth reclamation along the streets, full depth reconstruction in select areas, driveway improvements, curb and gutter replacement along the corridor, and storm sewer improvements. All bids must be submitted electronically and will be accepted until the stated deadline. E-mail bids will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, split the award, or waive informalities, irregularities, or minor deviations from the specifications if deemed to be in the best interests of the City. Price may not be the only consideration for bid award. Bids must be firm for a minimum of 60 days.
