Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Parker, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project for which AE services are required is the construction of an approximately 6,000 SF shell building including interior design with two office spaces, locations for six dialysis chair (note: Fresenius will provide the chairs) adjacent parking area and sidewalks, etc., connections to offsite utility services, and landscaping). The Colorado River Indian Tribes in coordination with Fresenius, the dialysis services provider, are issuing a request for proposals (RFP) from Licensed Architects to provide design services including, but not limited to, architectural design, structural engineering, mechanical engineering for plumbing, fire suppression and HVAC systems, electrical engineering including low voltage systems for communication and access, Civil Engineering for site development including parking areas, hardscape and connections to offsite utilities, and landscape architecture as required for construction of a new Dialysis Clinic to replace an existing clinic on the Colorado River Indian Reservation near the Town of Parker, Arizona. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
