The work consists of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment required for approximately 6,250 square yards of pavement/sidewalk removal, 2,300 square yards of HMA cold milling, 3,425 square yards of aggregate base, 1,575 tons of hot mix asphalt, 3,600 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 160 square yards of concrete driveway/pavement, 290 feet of 24 inch storm sewer, drainage structures, 200 feet of 4 inch water line replacement, traffic control, pavement markings, lawn restoration and other incidental items related thereto. All bids must include sworn and notarized statements for Familial Disclosure Affidavit (Section 004205), Iran Linked Business Affidavit (Section 004210), and Criminal Background Check Affidavit (Section 004220). This project is subject to State of Michigan Prevailing Wage requirements. All bidders must be registered with the State of Michigan as required under MCL - Act 10 of 2023. Bids shall be on a unit price basis for items of work as specified and be submitted on the provided proposal forms. Bid security must be a Certified Check or Bid Bond for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond, Payment Bond, Maintenance Bond, and Insurance Certificates. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) calendar days after receipt. The Marysville Public Schools reserves the right to accept, reject, or waive irregularities in bids.
