These routes include WIS 16 (US 53 to WIS 35), WIS 35 (US 14/61 to US 53), US 53/14/61 (US 14/61 to Clinton Street) and WIS 16 (WIS 35 to I 90) This is a modernization project to address the safety and operational concerns. Support the modernization projects in the LaCrosse Corridor by providing a Corridor Continuity Team (CCT) to ensure consistency across all corridor routes. Support WisDOT staff in managing project milestone schedules and reporting. Design: Review geometrics, ADA, structures, drainage, utilities, specs/materials, electrical, erosion control, and constructability. Utility Coordination: Coordinate, review and submit utility coordination documentation. Environmental: Coordinate, review and submit environmental document memos, amendments and re- evaluations. Traffic: Review TMP, work zone analysis, detours. Real Estate Track real estate acquisition progress. Report on real estate status in production meetings. Regular meetings with acquisition agents. and prioritize parcel acquisitions. Review documentation. RW Plats: coordinate, review and submit TPP and amendments. Communication: Ensure consistent messaging across all individual corridors, manage public comments, update website. Program Controls: Experienced with Unifier for tracking documentation, expenses and project communication. Milestone tracking and production meetings.
