Description

The project involves Contract No. 2024-03 - Renovations to Winter Street Apartments under the 2024 Capital Fund Program. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security not less than ten percent of the total base bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond and a labor and material payment bond. Bidders must submit their bid using the provided bid form without any alterations and must be registered on A+E Group's Bidders List. Equal Employment Opportunity provisions and the payment of wages as set forth in the Non Technical Specifications must be followed. Adherence to Section-3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, is required. The right is reserved to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities, irregularities, defects, errors, or omissions in the bidding process. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty days after the bid opening without consent.
