Renovation of an educational facility in Poland, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Contracts for reconstruction work at the Main Building and Bus Garage for Poland Central School District. Bids must include security of not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid in the required form. Bidders are required to adhere to employment conditions and wage rates specified. Two copies of the Bid Form must be submitted in a sealed envelope. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any irregularity, reject any or all bids, and disqualify bidders for material failure to comply with instructions. Withdrawal of bids is not permitted within thirty (30) days after the bid opening. The District follows a nondiscrimination policy based on race, creed, color, disability, gender, or national origin in employment, programs, and services. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is strongly recommended. Question Deadline 04/17/2026 Submit all questions about the Bid Documents to MARCH Associates VIA Email to: submittals@marchassoc.com at least 5 days prior to date for receipt of Bids. Replies will be issued to all Bidders of Record as Addenda to the Bid Documents and will become a part of the Contract. No Bidder shall rely upon any interpretation or correction by any other method.
