Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Nether Providence Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Each bidder must submit with his bid, security in the form of a certified check or bid bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total bid made payable to the order of the Township of Nether Providence. The Bidder's attention is called to the fact that this project is assisted with federal funds, and various federal requirements apply as noted in the bid documents, including but not limited to equal opportunity provisions. Davis- Bacon and Related Acts, Build America Buy America Act and Section 3 Final rule threshold requirements for contracts over $200,000 in HUD funds, and the requirement of a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. Award of Contract will be to the lowest responsible bidder, but the Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
