Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
The project consists of the reconstruction of High Street from 10th Avenue to 7th Avenue, resurfacing of 8th Avenue from High Street west, new sidewalk on 8th Avenue from High Street to Center Street, and other miscellaneous items of work. All bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier's check, or bank draft payable to the Village of Union Grove for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid as provided in the Instructions to Bidders. For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. The Village Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. Unless rejected for good cause, the award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
