Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Shreveport, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Floor tile replacement at various schools as required to perform, in a workmanlike manner, all work and services for the construction and completion of the project. Includes all labor, materials, tools, appliances, and facilities as required. Bidders must be Louisiana licensed contractors with Building Construction or Specialty: Flooring and Decking classification, provide a 5% bid bond and a 100% performance bond, and attend a mandatory pre-bid conference. Bids must acknowledge all addenda and be accompanied by the required bid security. The work is to be completed in 50 days, with liquidated damages of $450 per calendar day for delay. Alternates include additional tile replacement in designated school wings. Bidders must submit required forms and follow all listed instructions.
