Description

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in New Buffalo, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a 8,000-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete concrete work for baseball field improvements, including walkway installation and bleacher pad construction. Work includes site preparation (removal of grass and debris, grading, forming, and compaction of subgrade), installation of a 6' wide concrete walkway from dugout to Clay St., construction of approximately 8,000 square feet of bleacher pad with specified concrete thickness and compacted stone base, and finishing work (pouring, saw cutting, final cleaning, and washing). Contractors are required to have experience with large-scale concrete flatwork, proper insurance and licensing, and the ability to meet school site safety requirements. Proposals must clearly state company information, cost proposal, project schedule, materials and methods, and proof of liability insurance. Coordination with school operations and maintenance of a safe, clean worksite are required. Contractors are responsible for all utility locating prior to excavation.
