The work falls under building, construction, and maintenance services, specifically involving general building construction and infrastructure construction, with an emphasis on highway or road paving or surfacing. Supply all labour, materials, equipment, traffic control, and incidentals to complete municipal street paving, milling, drag coat, overlays, sidewalk removal and replacement (concrete and asphalt), driveway adjustments, valve box and manhole adjustments, pavement markings, and provisional paving works. Work is divided into Part A Parrsboro, Part B Springhill, and Part C Springhill Provisional, with award possible separately or together. Multiple municipal streets in Parrsboro NS and Springhill NS including Prince Street, Skidmore Lane, Pier Road, Western Avenue, Main Street, Pine Street, Elgin Street, King Street, Fir Street, Pleasant Street, Lisgar Street, McFarlane Street, McDougal Street, McGee Street, and others as listed in Parts A, B, and C.
