A firm-fixed-price supply requirement will be solicited on a brand-name basis for American Power Conversion products in accordance with solicitation specifications. The contractor shall furnish the required APC supplies that meet all stated technical and performance requirements, with procurement conducted using FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 procedures. The supplies will support operational needs at Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific, and all items delivered must fully comply with the brand-name specifications and any terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation and subsequent amendments.
