The work consists of park lighting improvements at Citizens Park and VFW Memorial Park by removing and replacing the light pole fixtures. The existing light pole bases and wiring are anticipated to remain and shall be connected onto with the new fixtures. Instructions to bidders: - Bids are to be submitted only through QuestCDN.com via the online electronic bid service (Quest vBid). - Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bidder's maximum bid price must accompany each proposal, in the form of a certified check or an electronic bid bond. - No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date of the opening. - Bidding documents must be downloaded from QuestCDN to submit a bid, and only official notifications, addenda, and bidding documents from QuestCDN will be recognized. Bidding documents obtained from other sources are not the responsibility of the owner or engineer.
