Renovation of an educational facility in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work consists of the complete replacement of the existing glass, aluminum panel, and aluminum frame exterior curtain wall system. Interior acoustical panels attached to the curtain wall will also be replaced. In order to facilitate the work, an existing steel and aluminum canopy at the loading dock area must be removed and reinstalled. A minor amount of brick masonry removal and reinstallation is required for the canopy work. Bidding documents may be obtained only as electronic files (in PDF format) from the Division's Projects Bidding website. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. Only bids from certified contractors will be considered, and contractors must be certified by DOA prior to submitting bids. Base Bids will be received as a single lump sum bid for electrical work. Question Deadline 04/27/2026 Bidders shall bring inadequacies, omissions or conflicts to the Architect/Engineer's attention at least ten (10) days before MEP bidding commences.
