Description

Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work consists of concrete infrastructure, including but not limited to ADA work, sidewalk, curb, and gutter removal and replacement for the 2026 Concrete Replacement Program. Instructions to bidders: Sealed bids must be filed with the City Clerk, City Hall, Rock Springs, Wyoming. Each bid must include a certified check or bid bond for five percent (5%) of the bid amount, to be forfeited as liquidated damages if the awarded bidder fails to enter into a contract within ten (10) days after notification of award. The contractor and all sub-contractors are required to register and comply with the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide proof of non-debarment with the bid submission. Bids must be marked on the exterior with "BID: 2026 CONCRETE REPLACEMENT" and the contractor's name and address. The City Council may reject any or all bids or waive any informality. Bids may not be withdrawn for thirty (30) days or until the successful bidder has entered into a contract. Preference will be given to resident bidders under specified conditions.
