Project: Public Safety Training Center - Electrical and Monument Package for the City of Marion Public Works Department. Instructions: Contractors must request the plans in PDF format from the Public Works Department and will be added to the plan holders list upon request. Addendums are sent only to those on the plan holders list. Contractors who distribute PDFs to subcontractors are responsible for forwarding any addendum information. Subcontractors are strongly encouraged to contact the Public Works Department individually to be added to the plan holders list. Work must commence no later than June 1st and be completed within 30 working days. Liquidated damages of $250 per working day will be assessed for work not completed within this time. A 10% bid bond is required. Construction documents are available electronically and in paper upon request.
