The general nature of the work for the project includes: installation of 2,932 linear feet of 6-inch subdrain, 12 PCC storm sewer cleanouts, 38 linear feet of 24-inch RCP storm sewer, 41 linear feet of 30-inch RCP pipe culverts, 2 storm intakes, 342 linear feet of 6-inch DIP water main, and miscellaneous related work and appurtenances in accordance with the contract documents. Bids must be filed in the office of the City Clerk prior to the specified time, and all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The City of Marion reserves the right to defer acceptance of any bid for up to thirty days after receipt, and no bid may be withdrawn during this period.
