Clackamas County is seeking early fabrication and delivery of a 3-sided precast concrete culvert, including precast footings, wingwalls, and headwalls, in advance of the regulated in-water work window for installation during mid- to late-summer 2026. The fabricator will provide an engineered submittal for County approval and is required to fabricate and deliver all culvert components to the County's "Steel Bridge" yard site at 16154 OR-211, Molalla, Oregon, or a location within 5 miles from the "Steel Bridge" yard site as directed by the County by August 10, 2026. The project is for the purchase of the culvert only. S Molalla Avenue, south of Molalla City Limits, will have its existing undersized corrugated metal pipe culvert replaced to improve hydraulic capacity, provide fish passage, and support a future road section meeting current standards.
