Work Included: The project consists of Thornbury Township 2026 Storm Sewer Improvements and Inlet Repairs Phase 2 throughout various locations in Thornbury Township, Delaware County, PA. All work herein specified and on project drawings shall include, but is not limited to all labor, materials, equipment, clearing activities, access roads, stream and wetland crossings for access, grading, landscaping, concrete work, structural modifications, traffic controls, erosion control measures, pavement and surface restoration, bypass or dewatering pumping, signage, and any incidental items thereto as specified in the contract documents and as shown on the drawings. B. All areas disturbed during construction shall be restored to its original condition or better. The Contractor shall be responsible to replace any curb, sidewalk, signage, parking meter, asphalt walking trail, roadway paving restoration, etc. at no additional cost to the owner. No additional monies will be given to the Contractor to restore the site. All pavement restoration areas shall be neat, straight, joint lines and provided at no additional cost to the owner. Narrow asphalt strips between curb or inlet and trench will not be acceptable.
