Site work and paving for a road / highway in Logan, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
To all interested Engineering and Architecture Firms: The Hocking County Commissioners intend to contract for architectural and engineering services in connection with the following projects being funded in full or in part by PY 25 Community Development Block Grant Program funds. This will involve resurfacing and widening Church Street as well as adding a pedestrian crosswalk at Elm and Hunter Streets. The Architecture/Engineering scope of work will include project design, preparation of bidding specifications and drawings, review of bids, pre- and post- construction meetings, construction oversight as required, and obtaining all necessary permits. The grant administrator will prepare the bidding/construction documents as specified in RFQ Packet. Project schedules and additional project-specific requirements are included in the full application. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
