The City of West Haven is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and licensed contractors for the renovation of the West Haven Community Center located at 255 Meloy Road, West Haven, Connecticut. A mandatory walkthrough will be held at the project site. Interested respondents must review the solicitation for specific dates, bid package details, and submission requirements. Sealed proposals must be submitted as outlined in the solicitation documents and will be publicly opened. Late submissions will not be accepted. All questions must be submitted via email with the subject line referencing the RFP number. No oral or telephonic inquiries will be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities, and to award in the best interest of the City. Minority/Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to apply. The scope includes but may not be limited to the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary and outlines in the sub-project scope of work.
