Provide design-bid-build construction services for Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Infrastructure Upgrades at the West Haven VA Medical Center. Work includes upgrading facility fiber throughout buildings to each Telecommunications Room (TR), providing redundant fiber runs and redundant fiber mains to demarcation rooms from the provider point, installing data drops, adding new electrical outlets, increasing power capacity in each TR, upgrading facility power distribution and HVAC distribution as required, conducting physical security assessment and upgrades, and performing hazardous material abatement. The project also includes construction of a new data center and addressing infrastructure deficiencies identified in the Physical Security Design and Resiliency Manual (PSRDM) 2021 VA Standard. Multiple buildings across the campus are included, with additional facilities incorporated if required to ensure full connectivity and support for patient services prior to system implementation. The work is planned to support growth capacity, system reliability, and integration of all required infrastructure within the specified performance period.
