The project consists of hot-in-place recycling of existing pavement, appurtenances, and miscellaneous related items. The work must be coordinated to be performed simultaneously with a separate project, "2026 HMA Milling, Overlay, and Resurfacing" on the same roadways. Contractors are responsible for coordinating their work with the concurrent project. Construction must conform to the Michigan Department of Transportation 2020 Standard Specifications for Construction. The work must be completed by September 18, 2026. Contractors are responsible for ensuring they have received and acknowledged all Addenda prior to submitting their bid.
