The project consists of the micro-surfacing of bituminous roadways as indicated on the attached map and street tabulation. All roads in the project area were crack sealed in 2025. Preparatory work includes chip-emulsion spray patching and infrared patching as needed prior to paving. Bidders are required to visit the site and prepare their own estimates for spray patching and infrared patching. Work must be completed by a qualified contractor with a minimum of 3 years of micro-surfacing experience, and operators must also have a similar amount of experience.
