Sealed bids are requested for the supply of Radio Frequency Read Water Meters, as per bid specifications. Bidders must use the proposal forms supplied. Bids must be addressed to the Township Clerk and enclosed in a sealed envelope with the project name on the outside. Each bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a certified check or bid bond for not less than 10% of the amount bid (not to exceed $20,000). A Statement of Ownership Disclosure, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Affirmative Action Certification, and a Combined Certification (Prohibited Activities in Russia and Belarus & Investment Activities in Iran) must be submitted with the bid. Bidders must comply with P.L. 1975 C.127, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. The successful bidder must file a Business Registration Certificate with the Township Clerk, which may be submitted with the bid but is required before the contract is awarded. The Township reserves the right to waive any immaterial defect or formality and to reject or accept any proposal in accordance with the bid specifications.
